This position is full OR part-time and available immediately at our headquarters in Budapest.
The primary focus of this position is to provide administrative and operational support for our Sales team.
Our company operates on car data aftermarket internationally. We offer products and services mostly to telematics companies in 85 countries on 5 continents. Our team is small and familiar (15 people). Our technology allows the fleet owners to optimize the operational costs, reduce risks on roads and help preventive maintenance.

- Salary range: gross 350-400k+ HUF (in case of full-time position)
- Process client requests, transactions and orders
- Update and manage client’s information in CRM (Salesforce)
- Set appointments with clients for the sales team
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the administrative sales process
- Customer service and complaint handling via phone during business hours together with our support team
- Delivery supervision
The right person for this role:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service or support
- Strong English in written and oral
- Navigate easy in sales information platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Passionate about vehicles
- Proactive, accurate and kind personality
