Hey there!
Inventure is an OEM-independent automotive technology company specializing in aftermarket vehicle telematics. Our technology reads and interprets the internal communication of vehicles — enabling telematics service providers, fleet operators, and mobility companies to build smarter, data-driven services on top of it. We operate across more than 85 countries spanning Asia, North and South America, and EMEA. The Hungarian market accounts for less than 3% of our activity. From day one, this is an international role conducted almost entirely in English.
We are building a structured internal sales team and looking for a driven, curious sales professional to grow with us.
The Role
As International Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is systematic global market development — identifying the right potential partners, opening conversations, and building pipeline across multiple regions. In the first 9 months the focus is heavily on outreach and market mapping. Over time, hunting never fully disappears — it is a structural feature of our market — but the balance shifts toward deepening relationships with engaged partners and progressing opportunities through the cycle.
This is a role with a genuine upward trajectory. Within 2–3 years, strong performers move toward strategic sales responsibility: complex, high-value international partnerships, growing deal ownership, and meaningful influence over how key accounts are developed. There is no artificial ceiling here.
What You Will Do
Months 0–9: Market development and outreach
- Build ICP-based target lists across global markets
- Execute high-volume proactive outreach via LinkedIn, email, and direct contact
- To apply, please send your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note on your most relevant experience in English to· Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule and support discovery calls
- Log every interaction, next step, and status update in Salesforce — consistently and in real time
- Absorb product and industry knowledge: telematics ecosystem, use cases, competitive landscape
- Shadow and participate in more advanced conversations with the Sales Development Lead and sales manager
Months 9–18: Deeper engagement, maintained hunting discipline
- Run discovery calls independently with qualified prospects
- Manage follow-up and relationship progression with previously contacted accounts
- Support proposal preparation with increasing autonomy
- Maintain proactive outreach as a permanent workstream — hunting drops below 50% but does not stop

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key global partners

- You are precise and disciplined: CRM entries, next steps, and follow-up commitments are not optional for you
- You are genuinely curious about technology and willing to invest in understanding a complex product
- Your English is C1 or above — comfortable, confident, and professional in written and spoken form across cultures
- You are motivated by building expertise and taking on greater responsibility over time, not by managing people
