Expanding CAN decoding database with new vehicles for LATAM

Expanding CAN decoding database with new vehicles for LATAM

With our up-to-date CAN decoding database, telematics companies can support diverse fleets with a wide range of vehicles and an ever-growing set of parameters. Inventure assists in overcoming challenges such as:

  1. Limited access to decoded CAN firmware for specific vehicles
  2. Sudden, urgent demands from fleet owners that allow minimal time for thorough vehicle assessment and reverse engineering
  3. New vehicles introducing complexities like modified legacy protocols, new connection points, and entirely new protocols"

The Inventure team, experts in vehicle measurement and reverse engineering, adeptly addresses these issues. An example of our recent efforts includes the assessment of over 50 vehicles in Brazil and Chile, encompassing trucks, passenger cars, and heavy industrial vehicles.

Our CAN decoding database currently encompasses over 2,500 vehicles, and the upcoming release in Q4 will incorporate updates from our recent assessments in Brazil and Chile. We anticipate the new release to be available within two weeks.

If you're interested in the range of vehicles we support across different regions, you can visit our Supported Vehicles page. Should you not find the specific vehicle you're seeking, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, as it may be included in the next release or currently in the reverse engineering phase.
